Technical Information

All of the paints from The Little Greene Paint Company Limited® are made to the highest quality standard en ISO 9002, suitable for both professional and DIY use. The paints are developed to have high opacity, be easy to use and very durable after application.
All paints should be stirred before use. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material including dirt, grease etc. Use brush or roller.
To ease application over porous surfaces up to 5% volume of clean water or white spirit as appropriate may be added. In the case of very porous surfaces e.g. unpainted plaster, up to 25% thinning may be required for the first coat.
The paints are good for both interior and exterior application.
All colours are available in all finishes.

	Universal Primer Undercoat High quality oil-based anti-corrosive primer and undercoat paint for use on interior and exterior bare wood and metals as a suitable preparation for The Little Greene range of paints. 	Flat Oil Paint Traditional oil-based paint which dries to a matt finish. It has excellent resistance to damage through staining and cleaning. Suitable for use on wood and metalwork. Bare woodwork and metals should be primed before painting with The Little Greene Universal Primer Undercoat. Touch dry in 2-3 hours. Recoat overnight. Coverage up to 16m squared per litre. 			Distemper (water based) Decorative finish made using animal and natural resins, producing a very soft flat finish. Suitable for ceilings and fine plaster work. Touch dry 1-2 hours. 			Limewash (water based) Protective finish for exterior use – product is supplied ready for dilution and then application. Suitable for lime render, wattle & daub and plaster. Touch dry 1-2 hours – recoat after 24 hours. Full curing may take weeks. Coverage upto 6m squared per litre. Pack size – 5L.
