Payment Methods
The Little Greene Paint Company accepts most major credit and debit cards. To pay by cheque please print off your shopping basket and send a cheque for the total including deliver to Customer Services, The Little Greene Paint Company Ltd, Wood Street, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2FB. Cheques should be made payable to 'The Little Greene Paint Company Ltd'. We will despatch your order once the cheque has cleared (usually 7 working days).
Order Confirmation
Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail that contains your unique order number.
Out-of-Stock
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours excluding Friday pm to Sunday am. Can sizes may be substituted to make up the required order.
Delivery
The Little Greene paints are delivered by courier. The cost of delivery
is £3.00 (UK
mainland only) for each order irrespective of size. Next day delivery
is normally available if ordered before 12.00 noon. For Monday delivery,
please order by 12.00pm Friday. Deliveries are made 8am-6pm Monday
to Friday, but regrettably not at an exact time. No deliveries are
made on Sundays or Bank Holidays. For deliveries to Northern Ireland,
Channel Islands, Islands of Scotland please email your requirements
detailing the products, pack sizes and colours of the paints you
want and the point of destination and we will contact you directly
to give you an individual quotation for goods and delivery. Please
let us know your telephone number so we can discuss the detail
of your needs.
Returns
At the Little Greene we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. We check every
can of paint before despatch and consequently errors are very few.
If you discover a fault with one of our products please call us on
0845 880 5855 and discuss with our staff the nature of your concern.
Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened
if they are defective. When confirmed our staff will arrange what
is to be done about correction of the defect.
Other items:
The paints you have ordered are made specially for your order and
are not normally returnable; however in exceptional circumstances,
we accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened
and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed,
within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid
for the item. If the paint is not defective you will be responsible
for the freight charges and the costs of any other services provided
to you in connection with your purchase. You are responsible for
the safe and efficient method of returning the goods. If goods are
returned in a damaged condition no refund will be made.
On-screen Colour Representation
Computer screens cannot represent all paint colours accurately or consistently. We recommend that you ask for a colour card or purchase sample pots before making your paint order.
