Little Greene paints and wallpaper are delivered by courier. Same day despatch delivery is normally available for orders placed before 10.30am. For Monday delivery, please order by 10.30am Friday. Deliveries are made 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, a specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind when arranging appointments for decorators. No deliveries are made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isles of Scotland and overseas destinations, please email your requirements detailing your order and the point of destination and we will contact you directly to give you an individual quotation for goods and delivery. Please advise a contact telephone number so we can discuss your requirements.
All paint deliveries must be checked on receipt to ensure the finish, colourway and tin size are correct.
All wallpaper deliveries must be checked on receipt to ensure that design, colourway and batch numbers are correct and the same throughout each room lot. Little Greene cannot accept liability for complaints resulting from the hanging of papers from different batches.
The cost of delivery for paint orders is £3.95 for each order irrespective of size. (UK mainland only)
The cost of delivery for orders including wallpaper is £6.75 for each order irrespective of size. (UK mainland only)
The cost of delivery for paint sample pots, hand painted colour cards and Professional Colour Albums is £3.00 (UK mainland only).

Little Greene accepts most major credit and debit cards. To pay by cheque please print off a copy of your shopping basket and send it with a cheque for the total value including delivery to Customer Services, The Little Greene Paint Company Ltd, Wood Street, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2FB. Cheques should be made payable to 'The Little Greene Paint Company Ltd'. We will despatch your order once the cheque has cleared (usually 7 working days).

Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail that contains your unique order number.
Out-of-Stock | back to the top
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours (excluding Friday pm to Sunday pm and Bank Holidays). Paint tin sizes may be substituted to make up the required order.
Returns Policy | back to the top
We check every can of paint before despatch and consequently errors are very few. Paints are made especially for your order and are normally non-returnable. We only accept returns of items if they are defective. If you discover a fault with one of our products please call Customer Services on 0845 880 5855 to discuss your concerns. When confirmed, our staff will arrange what is to be done about correction of the defect.
However, in exceptional circumstances, we may accept the return of all other items (eg tools & accessories?) only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return damaged or defective goods, as detailed, within 30 days of delivery we will issue a full refund for the price paid. If the paint is not defective, you will be responsible for the freight charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. You are responsible for the safe and efficient method of returning the goods. Pending the return of the goods they must be kept in good condition. If goods are subsequently returned in a damaged condition, no refund will be made.

Damages or discrepancies must be reported to Customer Services on 0845 880 5855 or email mail@thelittlegreene.com within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Little Greene cannot accept claims for paper hung in excess of one roll and then only where a fault could not reasonably be recognised before hanging. All claims must be supported by returned samples, labels and proof of purchase. No claims for hanging costs in excess of one roll will be accepted. Claims for adhesion problems will only be considered if Little Greene Ready Mixed Wallpaper Paste has been used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Little Greene Wallpaper is only warranted if hung with Little Greene Ready Mixed Wallpaper Paste and in accordance with preparation, hanging and pasting instructions.

Computer screens cannot represent all paint colours or wallpaper colourways accurately or consistently. We recommend that you request a colour card or wallpaper samples, or purchase paint sample pots before making your order.
